Alma Sundøy is a chocolatier and a former pastry chef who comes from Singapore. She founded Trondheim Sjokolade, a company that creates chocolate products inspired by desserts and pastries. Her chocolate creations have won several awards and she has worked with some of the world’s best chocolate makers.
