HAREM is the street name of Håkon Børs-Lind, a self-taught artist who paints in a unique style called mosaicism. He developed this style in Mozambique, on a trip where he travelled through 17 countries in Africa. He is also a nurse who works in a hospital in Bergen and creates art for various institutions and events. He is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kintzugi and the message of hope.
